Reservations and Cancellation Policy-

On booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your debit/credit card to secure your reservation. Additional services, e.g. Flowers, champagne, and chocolates, will be charged upon booking.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, or in the case of a no show, the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the card. Please note that upon making a reservation and paying the non-refundable deposit, a legally binding contract exists between us. You will remain liable for the full amount of the cost of your booking, even if you are unable to take your holiday.

If for some reason you do need to cancel your booking, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let the cottage and minimise your loss. In the event of an early departure, you will be liable for the full amount of the cost of your stay. In exceptional circumstances, this will be at the discretion of the owner. We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.
